Day Porter

. - Maintain cleanliness of public spaces within facilities in accordance with Edon Management’s standards and facility contract requirements.
- Work together with building operations team to achieve service objectives.
- Back up coverage of Front Reception when required.
- Ensure buildings are secure when the facility is not in use, reporting any unauthorized occupants.
- Respond to urgent clean‑up situations immediately.
- Wash and polish entrance areas, including glass doors and other glass fixtures (display cabinets, etc.).
- Ensure interior and exterior waste receptacles are emptied as needed, including ashtrays and sand urns.
- Assist with Loading Dock deliveries if Reception is busy.
- Basic understanding of English (reading and writing)
- Previous custodial experience considered an asset
- Strong customer relations skills
