Boardwalk Community Cleaner

Contribute to the quality experience of Boardwalk residents as a Community Cleaner, focusing on maintaining cleanliness and safety in shared areas. This position combines independent tasks with teamwork.

We are looking for a Community Cleaner with two years of experience in cleaning to uphold cleanliness at Boardwalk’s varied properties. You will be entrusted with the upkeep of public areas and vacant units, emphasizing attention to detail and customer service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain entrances, elevators, and hallways

• Manage cleaning of vacant suites and perform touch-ups

• Conduct garbage pick-up and disposal tasks

• Assist with snow removal when needed

• Verify proper function and maintenance of cleaning tools

Requirements:

• Minimum two years of professional cleaning experience

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required

• Strong English communication skills, verbal and written

• Must lift up to 90kg using appropriate aids

• Ability to work independently as well as in a team
