This position focuses on maintaining production equipment and ensuring compliance with all regulatory safety standards. You’ll execute both preventative and reactive maintenance, manage technician teams, and oversee capital projects tailored towards operational enhancement. Previous experience in maintenance leadership is crucial for your success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage planned and emergency maintenance tasks

• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules

• Oversee contractor safety and quality on site

• Analyze equipment performance for improvements

• Collaborate across departments for maintenance projects

Requirements:

• Millwright or Electrician certification (Red Seal preferred)

• 5-7 years of manufacturing maintenance experience

• 2-4 years in maintenance supervision

• MS Office Suite skills, ERP system knowledge preferred

• Previous preventive maintenance experience required
