As a full-time, permanent leader, you will work under the General Manager, focusing on the integrity of Baker Creek’s property maintenance and service delivery.
Your role will involve collaborating with various teams, creating maintenance schedules, and implementing preventative strategies to ensure guest satisfaction and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create and manage preventative maintenance plans
• Inspect and evaluate property conditions regularly
• Direct maintenance team and oversee their tasks
• Implement landscaping and snow removal initiatives
• Address guest complaints regarding maintenance quickly
Requirements:
• Knowledge of facility maintenance and management
• Proficient in repair work and trades coordination
• Familiar with Office software, mainly Outlook and Excel
• Skilled in budgeting and pricing
• Flexible availability for shifts across weekends
