Position: Calgary Maintenance Superintendent Role

In this pivotal role, you will report to both the Plant and Regional Managers while integrating maintenance strategies that enhance equipment reliability and plant productivity. Your leadership will drive continuous improvement and ensure that safety and quality standards are upheld across all maintenance activities. This position emphasizes vendor management, budgeting, and effective communication within the maintenance team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote adherence to ADM safety policies

• Develop and execute the maintenance vision and strategy

• Manage maintenance budgets and expenditure

• Facilitate training for operations staff on equipment

• Maintain detailed records of equipment and maintenance

Requirements:

• Recognized engineering qualification with practical knowledge

• Previous experience in food or chemical production

• Proficient in asset management techniques

• Ability to provide technical support and training

• Flexibility to work in challenging indoor and outdoor conditions
