Position: Hands-On Maintenance Labourer Role
Location: Lake Louise

Contribute to the smooth operations at Post Hotel & Spa as a Maintenance Labourer. This dynamic position involves diverse maintenance tasks and ensures the upkeep of both building and grounds.

Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, your role will focus on various tasks, including drywall repairs, painting, and conducting groundskeeping. You will safely operate necessary machinery and equipment while maintaining an organized work area. Also, part of your responsibilities will be to respond to guest complaints and perform routine checks of the property systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out maintenance tasks from the leadership team

• Perform building repairs and renovations

• Manage snow removal and groundskeeping

• Conduct routine property checks and report issues

• Maintain safety protocols and a clean workshop

Requirements:

• Clean valid driver’s license required

• Basic carpentry and painting experience needed

• Ability to lift heavy items and climb ladders

• Willingness to learn new skills and safety standards

• Capability to work independently and in various conditions

Deliver essential maintenance services and keep Post Hotel & Spa running smoothly.
