This Full-Time position requires you to support the daily operations and maintenance of the golf club's facilities. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you'll focus on preventive maintenance and repairs for building systems, ensuring a safe and pleasant atmosphere for members. The role also involves troubleshooting and optimizing HVAC systems and other equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage work orders to enhance member satisfaction

• Maintain and troubleshoot building automation systems

• Conduct repairs and maintenance across various systems

• Ensure optimal conditions for boiler operations

• Assist with seasonal groundskeeping and snow removal

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years in building maintenance

• Experience with HVAC and electrical systems

• Strong handyman skills for diverse tasks

• Reliable transport required

• Relevant certifications in HVAC or plumbing preferred
