The Mullings Group has partnered with a national property management firm seeking a skilled Building Operator. You will be responsible for the management of technical systems, including plumbing, electrical, and fire protection. This role involves working alongside contractors and handling emergency tasks as necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate and troubleshoot all essential building systems
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on equipment
• Provide compliance reports to regulatory bodies
• Conduct daily walkthroughs to identify safety and maintenance needs
• Coordinate contractor activities effectively
Requirements:
• Certification in Building Environmental Systems or equivalent
• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience
• Solid knowledge of building systems and safety standards
• Excellent communication skills for report writing
• Valid Alberta driver's license required
