Building Operations Manager

Position: Building Operations Manager at JLL
Join JLL in NE Calgary as a skilled Building Operations Manager. This vital role focuses on maintenance, vendor oversight, and management of a key client facility.

As the Lead Building Operator, you will direct a team responsible for maintaining optimal operations of critical building systems. The candidate must be technically proficient in HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems, alongside possessing the necessary certifications. This full-time role requires weekend availability and participation in an on-call rotation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and train a team of building operators effectively

• Manage vendor relationships and service level agreements

• Conduct regular inspections of building systems for compliance

• Implement preventive maintenance strategies for all machinery

• Monitor building systems using Siemens Desigo BAS

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years experience in building operations

• Must hold a 4th Class Power Engineer certification

• Strong technical background in commercial systems

• Experience with CMMS, especially Corrigo, is preferred

• Demonstrated communication and troubleshooting skills

Manage building operations effectively at JLL and ensure compliance with all applicable regulations.
