Position: Calgary Facilities & Operations Manager Role
Manage facility operations and lead projects at Samaritan’s Purse Canada in Calgary as our Facilities & Operations Manager. Take charge of a proactive, hands-on role in a mission-driven environment.

This full-time position is essential in maintaining the Calgary Ministry Centre and managing both in-house and outsourced teams. You will oversee daily operations and long-term strategies, ensuring compliance with safety regulations while executing critical facility upgrades. Your leadership will enable excellence in achieving Samaritan’s Purse’s goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage systems for HVAC, fire safety, and plumbing

• Oversee project management of renovations and upgrades

• Support teams of maintenance and janitorial staff

• Develop maintenance contracts and emergency protocols

• Track budget expenses and negotiate contracts

Requirements:

• 7+ years of progressive facility management experience

• Bachelor’s degree relevant to the field

• Strong negotiation and vendor management abilities

• Proven success in delivering large facility projects

• Christian commitment aligned with Samaritan’s Purse values
