Key Responsibilities:

• Execute complex maintenance and repair tasks efficiently

• Perform preventative maintenance on specialized equipment

• Provide direction and support to team members

• Resolve escalated operational issues as needed

• Monitor and maintain building control systems

Requirements:

• Relevant experience in maintenance, ideally in healthcare

• Fifth Class Power Engineering Certificate mandatory

• Familiarity with JCI Metasys and CMMS required

• Strong knowledge of fire and building codes

• Minimum three years related experience necessary
