Landscaping and Maintenance Assistant

Join Welcome Co’s Maintenance Team as a Landscaping and Maintenance Assistant to enhance residential properties. This hands-on role focuses on building upkeep, landscaping, and general repairs to ensure resident satisfaction.

In this position, you will gain valuable experience in building maintenance and renovations. We seek mechanically adept individuals passionate about fixing things and assisting with various tasks, including lawn care and snow removal. Your contributions will significantly impact our residents' quality of living.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform maintenance and touch-ups in vacant suites

• Conduct general building and common area upkeep

• Execute landscaping tasks like lawn mowing and weeding

• Assist with snow removal during winter

• Complete additional tasks as needed

Requirements:

• High School Diploma preferred but not mandatory

• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle

• Ability to lift up to 90kg with proper equipment

• Strong commitment to excellent customer service

• Good time-management skills
