Maintenance and Landscaping

Position: Boardwalk Maintenance and Landscaping Role
Become a crucial part of Boardwalk's maintenance and landscaping team. This hybrid role combines essential maintenance tasks with landscaping duties and requires winter driving confidence.

At Boardwalk, we prioritize a quality living experience for our residents across Canada. We seek a candidate experienced in building maintenance, willing to learn landscaping skills. You’ll respond to maintenance requests, ensuring safety and comfort for our customers while managing equipment and working both indoors and outdoors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Address Customer Requests For Maintenance (CRFM’s) as needed

• Perform snow and ice removal, including logs

• Cut, trim, water, and edge lawns

• Maintain cleanliness around the site by removing debris

• Paint common areas and perform touch-ups in suites

Requirements:

• 2 years of Landscaping or Maintenance experience preferred

• Minor mechanical experience as an asset

• Valid driver’s license required for operational duties

• Ability to safely operate a Bobcat and train others

• Commitment to excellent customer service
