Rigger Technician

Position: Full Time Rigger Technician
Join The Hercules Group of Companies as a full time Rigger Technician in Calgary, AB. Oversee safety and rigging operations while ensuring inventory accuracy and quality standards are maintained.

As a Rigger Technician, you'll play a crucial role in the organization and safety of rigging operations. This position involves fabricating rigging gear, conducting quality assurance checks, and maintaining cleanliness in the workspace. You will also manage shipping records and collaborate with other departments to meet product requirements and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Fabricate slings and rigging gear to customer specs

• Conduct quality checks on outgoing fabricated gear

• Ensure warehouse cleanliness and safety compliance

• Track shipments and manage order documentation

• Maintain accurate inventory records through participation in counts

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Previous warehouse or rigging experience preferred

• Leadership experience in industrial settings

• Valid driver’s license and forklift certification preferred

• Ability to lift 50 lbs. safely
