Key Responsibilities:

• Repair mechanical and plumbing systems efficiently

• Conduct inspections and repairs on lighting systems

• Unstop drains and address plumbing issues

• Test and service electrical systems and appliances

• Provide hands-on support for maintenance projects

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of relevant experience in maintenance

• Grade 12 Diploma with some technical training

• Understanding of WHMIS guidelines

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work responsibly in a team setting
