Join Greystar as a property maintenance technician, ensuring high safety and service standards in a thriving community. This role requires weekend availability and responsiveness to on-call needs.
As a key member of Greystar’s team, you will oversee maintenance for a stabilized property of 325 units. Your responsibilities include troubleshooting, making repairs, and preparing units for incoming tenants. With a commitment to excellence, you will support efforts to maintain cleanliness and functionality, contributing to resident satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Diagnose and resolve maintenance issues promptly
• Complete “make-ready” tasks for vacant apartments
• Attend routine safety meetings and trainings
• Maintain common areas and amenities
• Document all maintenance activities accurately
Requirements:
• 1-2 years of experience in property maintenance
• EPA certification and customer service skills
• Familiarity with maintenance management software
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Flexibility for on-call and weekend availability
