In this management role, you will report to the Regional Property Manager, ensuring superior maintenance and swift resolution of issues. You will lead a team in maintaining building systems and compliance with safety programs, while fostering positive resident interactions and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise the maintenance operations team
• Conduct preventative maintenance on key systems
• Liaise with regulatory authorities as needed
• Manage tendering for service contracts
• Ensure suite turnover readiness with the Community Manager
Requirements:
• 5 years of experience in building maintenance
• Technical certification or training in related fields
• Strong communication skills in English
• Organizational abilities for multitasking
• Police clearance check is a prerequisite
