Level 1 Mining Maintenance Planner in Alberta

This opportunity in Alberta is suitable for candidates with 1–5 years of experience in maintenance planning, especially in the Oil & Gas or mining fields.
Your role will involve developing and coordinating detailed maintenance strategies, analyzing performance data, and ensuring safety compliance while collaborating across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop, monitor, and improve maintenance job schedules
• Conduct site checks to ensure plan alignment
• Validate work requests and resources for project execution
• Coordinate with vendors for support services
• Analyze maintenance performance data for continuous improvement
Requirements:
• Engineering degree or Heavy Equipment Technician certification
• Minimum 1–5 years of maintenance planning experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CMMS (preferably SAP)
• Experience with mining equipment like CAT and shovels
• Solid understanding of scheduling and planning processes
