As a Building Operator on a fixed-term contract, you will ensure optimal facility performance from September 2026 to May 2027. If you thrive on providing responsive maintenance, including HVAC and plumbing tasks, this opportunity is for you. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee maintenance of HVAC systems and troubleshoot issues

• Conduct grounds maintenance and cleanup tasks

• Provide repairs and preventative maintenance to facility equipment

• Manage daily administrative tasks such as work order updates

• Participate in the on-call rotation as required

Requirements:

• Background in HVAC or facility maintenance

• Ability to perform physically demanding labor

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Valid Standard First Aid and CPR-C certification

• Police Information Check and clear references required
