Aircraft Maintenance Controller

Join Flair Airlines as a Maintenance Controller in Calgary, AB, and ensure aircraft safety and compliance. This role combines line maintenance oversight with technical support to keep our fleet operational.
As an experienced licensed AME – M2, you will lead line maintenance efforts and collaborate with operational teams. With a minimum of 5 to 7 years in line maintenance and expertise in Boeing 737 NG and MAX, your skills are crucial to our mission. You will interact with various departments, ensuring aircraft readiness and adherence to safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all line maintenance operations for safety compliance

• Serve as the central contact for operational queries

• Prepare daily fleet status reports for stakeholders

• Initiate aircraft swaps to meet maintenance goals

• Record technical delays and lead delay reviews
Requirements:

• TC AME license with M2 endorsement

• 5-7 years of line maintenance experience

• Proficiency in maintenance software, AMOS is a plus

• Strong analytical and communication skills

• Ability to work irregular hours, including nights and weekends
