Maintenance Worker for Kanerva House

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform ongoing preventative maintenance tasks

• Manage and document necessary repairs and inspections

• Ensure compliance with fire codes and safety regulations

• Respond promptly to tenant requests and emergencies

• Maintain outdoor spaces and ensure winter safety protocols

Requirements:

• Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent

• ABSA 5th Class certification essential

• 3 to 5 years’ experience in maintenance roles

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Must be available for on-call duties and travel
