Maintenance Team Coordinator Position

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage preventive maintenance tasks

• Supervise Maintenance Workers and Technicians daily

• Maintain compliance with safety and regulatory requirements

• Assist with contractor coordination and service agreements

• Ensure accurate documentation of assets and inventory

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years in maintenance or facilities operations

• Supervisory experience preferred

• Strong knowledge of health and safety legislation

• Proficiency with Yardi or maintenance management systems

• Excellent time management and leadership skills
