In this role you will manage & direct the workload of the Service Dept for maximum efficiency/productivity & a commitment to exceptional customer service. • Schedule all service jobs for techs to optimize efficiency
• Motivate all employees through coaching/development
• Back up Service Business Mgr
• Assist in diagnosis/troubleshooting of equipment
• Perform final approvals on equipment
• Exceptional customer service & follow up
• Assist in quoting repairs & maintaining records
• Build effective team dynamics with all departments
• Encourage safe working habits

• Operate vehicles/equipment used for diagnostics
• 5+ years doing complex repairs
• Lift up to 40lbs repeatedly; 40-75lbs on occasion
• Work flexible hours/varying shifts/weekends/holidays
• Valid drivers license
• Ag Tech (JDTECH) Journeyperson Cert/equivalent
• Expert knowledge of ag equipment
• Effectively use computers/systems
