Oversee maintenance operations for Paradise Lodge and Bungalows in stunning Lake Louise, Alberta. This position combines management and practical skills in a dynamic outdoor setting.

As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will manage the upkeep of our lodge and cabin property while supporting a dedicated maintenance team. This practical and organized role includes landscaping tasks, general repairs, and ensuring the safety and charm of the lodge. Your work will play a vital role in creating an exceptional experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily maintenance and landscaping activities

• Perform general repairs in guest accommodations

• Maintain attractive grounds and landscaping

• Address plumbing and electrical issues promptly

• Plan preventative maintenance programs effectively

Requirements:

• Relevant maintenance experience required

• Leadership experience managing a maintenance team

• Valid Driver's Licence needed

• Knowledge of plumbing and electrical systems

• Must manage heavy lifting tasks
