Keyera is seeking a Team Lead for Rotating Equipment to ensure the effective maintenance strategy at the KFS North facility. This position requires a technical expert in Millwright disciplines with a focus on safety and cost-effectiveness. Lead a team of Millwrights and contractors while overseeing compliance with Keyera's values.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead maintenance planning and execution for rotating equipment

• Provide technical guidance on pumps, compressors, and turbines

• Manage off-site equipment repairs and third-party vendors

• Foster a culture of safety and compliance at job sites

• Develop cost-effective strategies for maintenance budgeting

Requirements:

• Journeyperson Millwright certification or equivalent

• Minimum 10 years in industrial maintenance

• 2+ years of leadership in maintenance or operations

• Knowledge of CMMS, preferably Maximo

• Proven experience with technical teams and contractors
