Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise all housekeeping and laundry staff performance

• Ensure cleanliness and safety standards across the residence

• Organize shifts and ensure compliance with safety procedures

• Participate in performance management and training processes

• Report directly to the Environmental Services Manager

Requirements:

• High school graduate with prior housekeeping leadership experience

• Proficient in English communication, both written and verbal

• Flexible, initiative-driven with problem-solving skills

• Knowledge of infection control and safety regulations
