Full-Time Custodian

Position: Full-Time Custodian at Alpha House
Help maintain cleanliness and safety as a full-time Custodian at Alpha House. This crucial role supports our mission by providing a clean environment for our community.

As a Custodian at Alpha House, you will work a full-time schedule, Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 4 PM. Your responsibilities focus on ensuring our facilities are clean and compliant with health standards. Candidates who take pride in their work and can work independently will thrive in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and sanitize all areas thoroughly

• Vacuum, mop, and dust as needed

• Remove trash and manage recycling

• Operate and maintain cleaning equipment

• Track cleaning supplies and alert for restocks

Requirements:

• Background in commercial cleaning, ideally in healthcare

• Physical capability to handle job demands

• Ability to work with minimal supervision

• Good time management and organization skills

• Grade 10 education or higher
