As the Grounds & Equipment Manager, you will oversee both the people and operational aspects of a prestigious site, ensuring safety and compliance while enhancing guest satisfaction. The ideal candidate possesses strong leadership skills and a thorough understanding of multi-season operations, including landscaping, snow management, and equipment operations.

Your role is pivotal in building a culture of engagement and safety within the team, enabling everyone to excel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead daily Grounds operations with a focus on safety and efficiency

• Manage snow removal and seasonal landscaping tasks

• Direct commercial fleet and maintenance operations

• Oversee team training and ensure compliance

• Implement effective budget management strategies

Requirements:

• Proven experience in senior management roles

• Strong safety leadership in regulated environments

• Excellent collaboration skills with other departments

• Valid Alberta Class 5 driver’s license

• Background in grounds or exterior operations preferred
