Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise is seeking a Grounds & Equipment Manager to lead exterior property operations, seasonal programs, and assets in a high-alpine environment. You will manage a diverse team, develop leaders, ensure safety, and align operations with guest service standards.
Reporting to the Director of Engineering, you will oversee snow removal, landscaping, fleet management, and preventive maintenance while maintaining regulatory compliance and budget controls.
