CARELANCE JANITORIAL LTD. is looking for two dedicated Janitors for permanent roles. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, fluent in English, and has strong interpersonal skills. Key responsibilities include sweeping, mopping, and disinfecting spaces while also handling minor repairs and moving equipment as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sweep, mop, scrub, and wax floors and hallways

• Empty trash cans and waste containers

• Perform minor repairs on plumbing and electrical systems

• Move heavy furniture and supplies as necessary

• Clean and disinfect bathrooms and fixtures

Requirements:

• Fluent in English

• No formal education requirements

• Must be organized and flexible

• Willing to train for role responsibilities
