Building Systems Maintenance at ISS Group

Become part of ISS Group as a Building Systems Maintenance Technician, focusing on troubleshooting and repairs across multiple disciplines. This hands-on role is integral to optimal facility performance.

In this full-time role, you will perform both corrective and preventive maintenance on various systems, including HVAC and plumbing. Quick response to service requests and adherence to safety protocols will be key. Strong customer service attitudes and problem-solving skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute scheduled maintenance and repairs on equipment

• Document all maintenance activities in CMMS

• Respond to service calls and emergency situations

• Oversee vendor performance in maintenance tasks

• Ensure safety and organization in the work area

Requirements:

• 2–5 years of facility maintenance experience

• Basic mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills

• Familiarity with building systems and safety regulations

• Ability to interpret technical schematics and plans

• Capacity for physically demanding tasks including lifting and climbing
