Flair Airlines is searching for a licensed AME – M2 Maintenance Controller for its Calgary office. In this role, you'll coordinate aircraft maintenance efforts, ensuring compliance with industry standards, safety practices, and operational schedules. Success in this position requires a deep understanding of line maintenance, aircraft systems, and regulatory compliance. You will be the crucial link between various departments, enhancing operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all line maintenance work and ensure safety

• Coordinate with departments for operational support

• Produce daily fleet status reports for stakeholders

• Authorize Minimum Equipment List (MEL) usage

• Supervise all scheduled and unscheduled maintenance

Requirements:

• AME license with M2 endorsement required

• 5-7 years of line maintenance experience

• Strong knowledge of CARs and maintenance manuals

• Microsoft Office familiarity essential

• Ability to work irregular hours and shifts
