Cleaner Role

Position: Cleaner Role at Boardwalk
Join Boardwalk and play a crucial role in keeping our Calgary communities clean and welcoming. As a Cleaner, you'll ensure high standards of cleanliness in all shared spaces and vacant suites.

We are looking for a reliable Cleaner with at least two years of experience to help maintain our rental properties in Calgary. This role requires a strong commitment to customer service and ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Cleaning includes a variety of tasks from offices to amenity rooms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean common areas including stairwells and garbage rooms

• Touch-up paint and assist with snow removal

• Conduct thorough cleaning of vacant suites

• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies effectively

• Ensure all equipment is maintained and functional

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of cleaning experience necessary

• Ability to walk, stand, and lift regularly

• Must have a valid driver’s license

• Strong written and verbal English communication

• Positive demeanor and enthusiasm for service
