Baggage Service Associate Role

As a Baggage Service Associate, your role is pivotal to maintaining operational efficiency within automated baggage handling. You'll be responsible for managing jams, inducting, and monitoring baggage ensuring it moves smoothly through our systems. This position requires attention to detail and the capability to work under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Induct bags onto the Baggage System efficiently

• Quickly resolve jams and prevent system damage

• Clear any blockages that hinder baggage flow

• Scan bags and engage with the Control Room as necessary

• Handle baggage physically during system disruptions

Requirements:

• Experience in material handling equipment is preferred

• Must be able to comply with physical demands

• RAIC Security Clearance or ability to obtain it

• Technical Certificate is advantageous

• Ability to work independently or as a team member
