This role requires a proactive and customer-focused individual skilled in basic electrical, plumbing, and HVAC maintenance. You’ll also need basic bobcat training to perform essential outdoor tasks and assist with tenant requests. Your attention to detail and communication skills will help maintain high standards and responsiveness in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Keep property clean, including landscaping and parking lots

• Perform janitorial duties in common areas and washrooms

• Conduct seasonal maintenance tasks like painting and snow clearing

• Assist with cleanup and setup requests from tenants

• Report safety issues directly to the management

Requirements:

• Experience in property maintenance and basic systems

• Basic bobcat training preferred

• Ability to lift 30-40 lbs without limitation

• Comfortable working at heights and ladder use

• Strong communication and teamwork skills
