Calgary Maintenance Helper Position

Join Wonderbrands as a Maintenance Helper in Calgary, AB, and support our maintenance team with essential tasks. Engage in routine maintenance and inventory management for optimal operational efficiency.

In this critical role, you will assist Millwrights and Electricians to maintain and service bakery equipment. You'll be responsible for preventative maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards, and supporting general upkeep to enhance plant reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with machinery maintenance and repairs

• Conduct preventive and routine maintenance tasks

• Follow established work order guidelines

• Document safety observations and track issues

• Clean and reassemble bakery machinery as needed

Requirements:

• Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent

• 3-5 years experience in manufacturing or food environments

• Understanding of maintenance tools and equipment

• Excellent organizational and communication skills

• Ability to lift and handle maintenance parts effectively
