Building Maintenance Technician Position

Pursue a Building Technician career with JLL at the Calgary International Airport. Engage in essential maintenance and operational support within a unique aviation setting.

Become part of the Facilities Operations Team ensuring spaces are safe and comfortable for all users. In this role, you’ll perform a range of activities from general maintenance to overseeing vendor performance. The shift schedule is designed around four days a week, with responsibilities extending to safety training and compliance documentation, all while providing responsive support in emergencies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute safety protocols and handling of hazardous materials

• Carry out various maintenance tasks and repairs

• Conduct facility inspections and emergency responses

• Supervise cleaning vendor activities

• Manage building access systems and compliance records

Requirements:

• 1+ years of building maintenance experience

• Capability to obtain Transport Canada security clearance

• Knowledge of HVAC systems and controls

• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle

• Availability for weekend and on-call work
