This role combines preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance while ensuring high-quality customer service delivery to residents. You will work with local authorities, manage service contracts, and oversee compliance with health and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise maintenance operations staff and support daily tasks

Requirements:
