Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and coach cleaning teams for optimal performance
• Coordinate client service assessments and deliverables
• Conduct routine safety inspections and maintain compliance
• Ensure well-maintained cleaning equipment and supplies
• Liaise with property managers and oversee relationships
Requirements:
• Previous supervisory experience of 1 year preferred
• Familiarity with Google Suites is a must
• Driving license is strongly preferred
• Effective time and workload management skills
• Must be adaptable with work schedules
