Maintenance Coordination at ACE Casino Properties

In this impactful role, you will report to the Regional General Manager and coordinate maintenance activities and repairs for all casino facilities. You'll conduct inspections, manage emergency situations, and collaborate with both internal teams and external contractors to enhance safety and efficiency throughout the properties.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the operation of building systems across multiple sites
• Perform various maintenance tasks, including repairs and upkeep
• Maintain accurate documentation and schedules for all assets
• Develop and execute preventative maintenance plans
• Engage with contractors to ensure quality work is performed
Requirements:
• Minimum of three years in commercial building maintenance
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Valid Alberta Class 5 Driver’s License essential
• Strong ability to troubleshoot and prioritize tasks
• Excellent communication skills in a fast-paced environment
