As our Maintenance Supervisor, you'll oversee maintenance operations to keep facilities safe and welcoming. You'll provide support to the Maintenance team while engaging in hands-on repairs and addressing challenges efficiently.

Your role includes coordinating with contractors and adhering to health and safety procedures, ensuring that all guest needs are met with quality service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct repairs throughout the hostel and accommodations

• Support and lead the Maintenance team

• Enforce health and safety policies

• Troubleshoot maintenance concerns effectively

• Liaise with external contractors when necessary

Requirements:

• Proven experience operating power tools safely

• Basic knowledge of plumbing, carpentry, and electrical work

• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

• Strong prioritization and independent work skills

• Valid driver's licence
