Join Kananaskis Nordic Spa as their Nordic Spa Maintenance Supervisor. In this vital role, you’ll ensure a pristine environment while enhancing guests' wellness experiences and safety.
Your supervisory position demands expertise in maintaining spa facilities and coordinating preventive maintenance. With at least one year of relevant leadership experience, you will lead by example and promote a culture of positivity and teamwork. Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the maintenance of spa facilities and equipment
• Perform routine inspections of pool systems
• Complete maintenance work orders with precision
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation
• Work collaboratively with other departments
Requirements:
• One year leadership experience preferred
• First Aid Certificates (including CPR) advantageous
• Strong communication and organizational abilities
• Ability to handle various tasks in a busy environment
• Self-motivated and able to adapt under pressure
