Resort Facilities Manager

Position: Resort Facilities Manager Role
Lead operational excellence as the Facilities Manager at our resort. Ensure reliable, compliant facilities while enhancing the guest experience and managing staff effectively.

This position reports to the VP of Operations and Maintenance. Responsibilities include managing budgets, overseeing asset conditions, and addressing urgent inspections. You will coordinate with departments, vendors, and contractors to maintain the resort as well as additional company offices in Banff and Calgary.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee maintenance of resort buildings and electrical systems

• Manage budgets and asset conditions for operational efficiency

• Coordinate with various departments and external contractors

• Ensure timely completion of worksite inspections and records

• Lead recruitment, onboarding, and employee performance management

Requirements:

• Experience in facility management or related field

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards

• Proven leadership and team management abilities

• Ability to handle urgent operational tasks efficiently
