Reporting to the Regional Property Manager, the Regional Maintenance Manager will be responsible for comprehensive maintenance at Hull Estates. This role mandates effective supervision of the maintenance staff, overseeing repairs to HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems, and managing compliance with health and safety regulations. Your leadership will foster a collaborative environment and maintain high standards of service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise maintenance staff and operations daily

• Direct HVAC, electrical, and plumbing maintenance

• Implement safety programs and ensure compliance

• Manage waste disposal and recycling operations

• Ensure timely suite turnovers and readiness

Requirements:

• 5 years experience in building operations and maintenance

• High school diploma with applicable certifications

• Excellent communication and multitasking skills

• Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
