As a Technical Facility Operator, your primary focus will be on the maintenance, safety, and efficiency of Vivo’s facilities. You will engage in troubleshooting, preventative tasks, and compliance measures to uphold the organization’s standards. Your proactive efforts will contribute to a clean, welcoming environment for all guests and users.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute scheduled maintenance and asset management protocols
• Assess mechanical system issues and coordinate repairs
• Engage in janitorial tasks to maintain facility cleanliness
• Collect water samples for pool safety standards
• Foster a safe work environment following Vivo guidelines
Requirements:
• 5 years of experience in facility operations
• Valid Class 5 driver's license
• AARFP Pool / Arena certification Level 2
• Strong problem-solving capabilities
• Safety-conscious with strong communication skills
