Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee snow and ice clearing from pathways
• Maintain landscaping and gardening operations

• Adhere to preventive maintenance schedules
Requirements:
• 3-5+ years in general maintenance and painting
• Preferred A Class 5 Power Engineer certification
• Effective English communication
