Building Maintenance Operator

Step Ahead Maintenance Inc. is seeking a Building Operator in Calgary to manage maintenance and repairs within our residential facilities. Play a crucial role in maintaining community standards.

As a valued member of our team, you will report to the Director of Facility Management and take ownership of both appliance repair and general maintenance tasks. This role focuses on providing timely and accurate service to our clients, ensuring property value and resident satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct accurate diagnosis for building and suite repairs

• Install and maintain various fixtures and appliances

• Oversee and manage incoming maintenance requests

• Test plumbing systems and repair as required

• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and practices

Requirements:

• High School Graduate with relevant experience

• 2-4 years in property maintenance

• Exceptional customer service and communication skills

• Strong organizational and prioritization abilities

• Valid Driver's license and clear Criminal Record Check
