Maintenance Technician: Facility Services

Position: Maintenance Technician: ISS Facility Services
Contribute to building safety and efficiency as a Maintenance Technician with ISS Facility Services. Engage in hands-on work with HVAC and electrical systems from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.

As a key player, this Maintenance Technician role involves maintaining the critical systems at ISS Facility Services. Your responsibilities include performing routine inspections and addressing urgent repair needs. With strong adherence to safety practices, you will also manage contractor tasks while ensuring compliance with all operational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute scheduled preventative maintenance and repairs

• Address urgent service requests proficiently

• Coordinate contractor services for maintenance operations

• Document repairs accurately in CMMS

• Promote safety practices and regulatory compliance

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year experience in facility maintenance

• Proficiency with mechanical and electrical systems

• Knowledge of fire safety systems preferred

• Canadian Red Seal certification desired

• Capability to lift heavy loads and perform physically demanding tasks
