As part of the Facilities - Maintenance department, you will support the operational integrity of various school facilities through cleaning and general maintenance. Operating within the guidelines of the School Emergency Plan and ensuring optimal facility functionality are crucial aspects of this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Familiarize with floor plans and tasks
• Execute diverse cleaning responsibilities
• Maintain heating and ventilation systems
• Clear snow and manage outdoor areas
• Collaborate on facility rentals and leases
Requirements:
• High School Diploma preferred
• One year of caretaking experience required
• Valid Alberta Building Operator’s Certificate preferred
• Ability to frequently lift up to 25 kg
• Transportation necessary for varied locations
