Key Responsibilities:

• Provide cleaning services for offices and common areas

• Manage floor care for carpet, tile, and wood

• Remove trash and debris from community settings

• Report maintenance needs and safety hazards to management

Requirements:

• Complete all Atria training programs

• Perform basic math operations with currency

• Work various schedules as needed

• Use maintenance and landscape tools safely
